Do not accept returns
- If there is damage to item, cracked, chipped, tear, hole extra.
- If you received different item then ordered
- If the item has printed wrong, due to manufacture mistake, missing part of design, orientation is wrong
Return Process (for exceptions)
Do not ship item back, will inform, latter if it is necessary
- To guaranty return for exception, and replacement contact me at email@example.com within 7 days of deliver.
- Include in email: order #, the exception return falls under, photos of the problem with your item.
- I will follow up with in 3 business day, will let you if the item need to be physically returned, new item is sent out.
